Boardwalk Cafe Counter Staff/Cook - $16/h plus tips

MSE Branded Foods is always looking to add new talent to our team at our independently owned concepts, including brand names such as Boardwalk Café, Chick-fil-A, Steak’ n Shake, Nacho Hippo Caribou Coffee, Cinnabon, and Subway located on the Concourse at the Myrtle Beach Airport. Part-time and full-time, and seasonal positions are available.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires regular attendance and being able to work weekends and holidays. Be able to work 40h/week. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred.

Experience in food preparation/service preferred – but not required for consideration.

Will be required to submit to E-Verify screening and pass a background check as required by Homeland Security and MSE Branded Foods.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-:

• Maintain a gracious, pleasant, and friendly attitude while contributing to a teamwork-based environment.

• Be customer service-oriented and detail-oriented.

• Demonstrate ability to comprehend and follow both written and oral instructions

• Adhere to the company dress and appearance policy.

• Ensure the highest quality preparation and presentation of food items.

• Serve food at the counter, bar area, or seating area to awaiting customers.

• Responsible for set-up, cleanliness, and organization of the work area beginning, during, and at the end of each shift.

• Position requires slip-resistant shoes.

JOB SUMMARY:

Cashier and Counter Helpers provide food service to guests choosing to dine in the bar area or for take-outs and dine in. Responsible for taking orders and also serving beer and wine to guests and also be able to multitask and work simple grill and fryer oriented menu.

At MSE Branded Foods, operate a variety of quick and full-service restaurants featuring nationally branded quick-service concepts. MSE operations cover the spectrum of airports, universities, and premium shopping centers.
