About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead core financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting functions at Ronbow. This role will work closely with senior leadership across operations, product, and sales to ensure fiscal discipline, optimize unit economics, and support business decision-making with clear, data-driven insights.

You’ll be a key player in building the financial foundation of a fast-growing company—from cash flow forecasting to margin tracking to investor-ready reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own financial reporting across P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
  • Build and maintain models to forecast revenue, cost, cash, and labor needs
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insight into trends, variances, and opportunities
  • Support budget planning across departments, and track against actuals
  • Create financial dashboards for leadership visibility into key KPIs
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure clean books and support monthly close
  • Prepare financial materials for board updates, investor meetings, and fundraising
  • Recommend improvements in cost tracking, tooling, and reporting cadence

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial operations
  • Deep fluency in Excel/Google Sheets modeling and scenario building
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, or similar tools
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner with non-finance teams
  • Clear, structured communicator able to distill complexity
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or DTC businesses is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with inventory costing or manufacturing cost structures
  • Familiarity with startup fundraising cycles and investor reporting
