RN License for WI
Visits: 5 visits per day
Wound Care Experience
Certified CPR/BLS
Valid DL
Reliable Vehicle
Valid Car Insurance
Mileage Reimbursement: .53 cent per mile
No on-call
Shift: M-F; 8am-4:30pm
Elder Abuse training
HIPAA training
Infection prevention and control
OSHA compliance
