Salary: $19 - $21

Join our dynamic winery team as a Tasting Room Warehouse Associate . This hybrid position bridges the energy of our tasting room with the behind-the-scenes logistics that keep everything flowing smoothly. This position is responsible for fulfilling monthly wine club orders, maintaining and organizing inventory, processing special project and order requests, assisting with bottle etching and labeling, and unloading wine cases. In addition to warehouse responsibilities, youll support tasting room operations as a bar backensuring seamless service and a memorable guest experience.

This is a non-supervisory role and requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a self-starting attitude who can take initiative and stay on task.

The regular schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday , with occasional evening shifts as needed.

Compensation:

$19-$21 (plus tips on an occasional basis)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs the following duties, but not limited to:

  • Adheres to all safety protocols, including the use of protective gear, safety shoes, and vests
  • Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives
  • Prepares Tasting Room orders for shipment
  • Receives Wine Club orders, packages wine, and maintains accurate inventory
  • Sorts and organizes wine shipments
  • Assists the Tasting Room with inventory management and order requests
  • Monitors and replenishes inventory stock levels
  • Performs etching and bottle labeling
  • Tracks and monitors orders to ensure timely processing, shipment, and delivery to customers
  • Collaborates with other departments such as production, marketing, and packaging as needed
  • Completes general warehouse duties including pulling orders and inventory organization
  • Checks regulatory work boards to monitor project statuses
  • Polishes glassware and creates roll-ups for events or service
  • Operates a forklift as required
  • Barback duties as required
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked area in Tasting Room and Warehouse.
  • Performs other Wine Club and warehouse-related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient in using Microsofts Office Suite including Word and Excel.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent. One (1) year of previous warehouse experience preferred; And minimum one year of relevant experience in hospitality, or related experience is preferred. Any combination of training, education, and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job duties successfully and meet business objectives.

Knowledge / Technical Skills: Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving; able to manage priorities and workflow. Self-starter with the ability to organize and manage several projects simultaneously and exercise judgment in prioritizing and handling responsibilities. Demonstrates excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, work effectively in team/crew environment, adherence to all safety regulations and operating procedures. Additionally, this role benefits from someone who is art- and craft-minded, someone who takes pride in precision, presentation, and the creative aspects of hands-on work.
