  • Experience utilizing Workday Adaptive Planning/OfficeConnect/Adaptive Insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build and manage complex financial models.
  • Experience working with large data sets and a variety of planning or reporting systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and business partnering skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity to drive improvements.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented, highly collaborative culture.

Preferred but not required:

  • Familiarity with Workday Financials reporting.
  • Exposure to non-profit financial management practices, grants reporting, or fund accounting.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau

Why Join?

  • Mission-driven work with a nationally respected nonprofit organization.
  • An outstanding team culture that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including 401(k) with match, health coverage, flexible paid time off, and professional growth opportunities.
