What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate all phases of ERP initiatives, including system requirements definition and process redesign
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and progress updates throughout the project life cycle
- Facilitate communication among project team members and ensure vendor compliance with contracts
- Drive continuous improvement and automation to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts
- Build strong relationships with operational partners, taking ownership of issue resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leading IT projects, ideally ERP-related, in a healthcare environment
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Management, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Payroll modules (preferred)
- Background in healthcare IT project management is highly desirable
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling or similar systems
- Proven ability to manage multi-functional projects and improve resource planning
