What You'll Do: Primary Role: As a Project Consultant, you’ll assist homeowners in identifying property damage, creating repair scopes, and managing projects from start to finish Responsibilities: Canvass neighborhoods to schedule appointments with homeowners Use advanced tools to create detailed inspection reports and project scopes Act as a bridge between homeowners, production managers, and insurance companies Oversee project progress to ensure quality and homeowner satisfaction Earning Potential: Earn between $75,000 to $150,000 in your first year! What We’re Looking For: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience: No prior experience? No problem! We value learning aptitude, persuasive abilities, and drive. Comprehensive training and tools provided Key Traits: Self-starter with a results-driven mindset Effective presentation and communication skills Friendly and professional demeanor Requirements: Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as needed Willingness to travel within Florida Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders Comfort with roof inspections, including safely walking on roofs Why Aspen?
