As a Truck - Trailer Washer, you will be responsible for maintaining the fleet and keeping the trucks and/or trailers clean and orderly. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining the cleanliness of the work area. Work Sundays & Mondays 6:00 am-4:30 pm and other days when needed. Must be at least 18 years old. Must have valid Driver's License; CDL preferred. Must have knowledge of computers and have prior computer experience. Wash, clean, and sanitize interior and exterior of trucks and/or trailers. Fuel trucks. Perform basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure and fluids. Safely operate and maneuver trucks and/or trailers in the yard. Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping, and removing debris from work area. Other duties as assigned by a Manager and/or Supervisor. Notify manager of any potential unsafe equipment, conditions, or mechanical issues. Physical abilities include safely operating trucks and trailers, moving in and out of truck cabs, using full body to clean/wash trucks and trailers, occasionally climbing up to 4 feet, smelling, crawling, kneeling, talking, feeling, fingering, gripping, and carrying up to 60 lbs, frequently lifting up to 60 lbs, continuously stooping, pivoting, reaching, standing, and walking on various surfaces. Ability to work in a variety of temperatures. Ability to present self in a courteous, polite and professional manner; drive, motivation, and passion for providing excellent customer service. 1-2 years of experience operating truck and trailer required. Qualifications include attendance, GED or High School Diploma, initiative, productivity, quality, safety, and values.
