A dynamic NYC Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a new Full-Time/Permanent Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their growing team! This person’s time will be divided between executive, administrative, and operational responsibilities with help from the other administrative assistant and through a dynamic and collaborative partnership will take on and execute company initiatives. As Office Manager, this person will manage office administration, supervise the Receptionist, and act as the point person for any office-related inquiries. As Executive Assistant, this person will act as the right hand to two partners, providing heavy calendar management, coordinating meetings, planning and executing company-wide and executive events, and assisting with personal administrative duties as needed. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5+ years of applicable office management/executive administrative support experience and a Bachelor’s degree is required. They should be incredibly polished and professional, high energy/enthusiastic, proactive, adaptable, forward thinking, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a “no task is too big or small mentality.” This is a great opportunity for growth with exposure to other fields, including Human Resources, Investor Relations, Event Planning, Marketing & Branding, etc.!
