Local CDL A Truck Driver | $35/hr​ | Seabrook, NH​

Estimated Weekly: $2,100 - $2,450

TransForce is seeking full-time CDL Class A drivers in Seabrook, NH . This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35/hr, with overtime available after 40 hours per week.​

Schedule:

• Monday through Saturday
• Initial 90-day period requires a 5-day workweek; option to transition to a 4-day schedule thereafter.​
• Shifts typically last 12–14 hours, starting at 4:00 AM.​

Responsibilities:

• Deliver groceries to a mix of independent and national grocery stores, as well as schools and hospitals.​
• Handle 12–14 stops per day, covering approximately 130 miles.​
• Operate 28–36 ft dual-temperature zone tractor-trailers.​
• Unload freight using a ramp and two-wheeler; average load consists of 660 cases.​

Training:

• Three-day in-house training covering classroom instruction and yard maneuvers.​
• Four to five weeks of on-the-road training with experienced drivers.​

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 6 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
• Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required
• Experience with touch freight and ramp unloading preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mandatory Saturdays
