Intermediate Care Nurse

• Responsibilities : In this role, you will provide nursing care to patients who are stable enough to be moved from the ICU but still require close observation and medical management. You will be responsible for monitoring vital signs, administering medications, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and managing patient comfort during their recovery process. You will also help guide families in understanding care procedures and assisting with the transition to regular wards or home care.
• Required Skills : Strong critical thinking, ability to assess patient needs, expertise in patient monitoring and recovery processes, and excellent patient communication skills.
• Qualifications : RN with experience in step-down or intermediate care nursing, certification in acute care nursing preferred.
• Stipend : Total stipend of $120,000 annually.
