Job Description Job Description Job Title: In-House Recruiter Pay Rate: $25/hour Schedule: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented In-House Recruiter to join our team and lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization. This position plays a key role in identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements Write and post compelling job descriptions across various job boards and internal platforms Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job fairs, and networking Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with internal teams Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process Support employer branding efforts and promote a positive candidate experience Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status Qualifications of a Recruiter: ~2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house setting ~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ~ Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) ~ Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ~ Familiarity with employment regulations and best hiring practices ~ High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism Preferred: ~ Bilingual [Spanish] is a plus Apply at Call, text, email, or visit us! 408-333-7775 milpitas@partnerspersonnel.com 1605A S Main St, Milpitas, CA 95035 Company Description At Partners Personnel, our dedicated Recruiting Specialists work to find you a job that best suits your needs, schedule, and strengths.
