HR Generalist - Bilingual (Spanish)

We are currently working with a client in the manufacturing space who is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR administrative functions. This fully on-site opportunity is located in Vernon, CA , starting as a contract-to-hire role with pay ranging from $33-$40/hour , depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks for Workers' Compensation and ADA cases
Track medical documentation and employee recovery progress
Assist with timecard corrections, password resets, and system access
Conduct candidate pre-screens and coordinate hourly interviews
Maintain HR records and provide daily support to on-site employees
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking staff on the production floor
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Proven experience supporting a blue-collar workforce
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
