We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Handyman to join our team. This role involves a wide range of maintenance, repair, and punch-out tasks across residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to complete jobs efficiently and up to standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair work including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical
Handle punch-out work on new construction or renovation projects — ensuring all final repairs, adjustments, and finishing touches are completed to spec
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues as they arise
Replace or install fixtures, appliances, hardware, and other items as needed
Follow up on work orders and punch lists in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety guidelines
Communicate job status, materials used, and any issues to supervisors or clients
Requirements:
Proven experience in handyman, maintenance, or skilled labor roles
Prior experience with punch-out work strongly preferred
Solid knowledge of common building systems, tools, and techniques
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Vocational training or relevant certifications
Experience working on both residential and commercial properties
Own tools (preferred but not required)
