Job Description

Executive Assistant/Office Manager wanted to support senior executive of a Conservative-leaning media company in Midtown, Manhattan. This position requires a highly professional individual that is extremely organized and motivated, strong excellent attention to detail, has strong writing skills and strong computer skills, including a high proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. This EA/OM will be working with confidential issues and must have the maturity to use discretion and diplomacy. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and a great work ethic. A minimum of 5+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years working with senior management, and a Bachelor's degree are highly desirable. The EA/OM must have extensive experience coordinating meetings and complex travel arrangements. Office management duties include ordering office supplies, being a go-to for ad hoc projects for visiting staff, reserving conference rooms and more. This role will be on-site 4-5 days.
