As a Sr. Engagement Director, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight to our largest client program. An appreciation for technology, obsession over customer experience and detail, and deep marketing and agency experience managing large and complex marketing programs are ideal. YOUR ROLE

With your leadership, you will:

  • Work with clients to uncover additional business needs and objectives, craft strategies, and identify/implement marketing and content solutions to help achieve client goals
  • Develop, design, and create solution options that paint a vision of what is possible for the client
  • Proactively drive account strategy, planning, and tactics to monitor account health, develop growth opportunities, and manage profitability by project
  • Pitch all Indigo Slate offerings with broad knowledge of Creative, Marketing, and Technology services
  • Act as the main client POC for assigned clients and programs, ensuring quality and excellence of all deliverables and touchpoints while maximizing profitability
  • Build and Grow Client Relationships
  • Understand clients' business and generate new ideas to enhance performance
  • Build trust, credibility, and client referrals, developing multi-tiered relationships
  • Actively pursue new projects through status calls and face-to-face meetings
  • Stay informed about client products/services/marketing developments relevant to the team
  • Be a trusted partner and advocate for clients
  • Lead the Team Effectively
  • Work with SMEs managing daily project tasks, collaborating and guiding cross-functional teams
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work environment through coaching and mentoring
  • Provide leadership that rewards creativity and accountability, leading to program success
  • Own scoping and estimation of new and extended work, and project briefing
  • Review and contribute to program plans, proposals, and pitches
  • Drive Business Objectives
  • Maintain or improve account profitability
  • Manage pipeline activities, track opportunities, and update the team
  • Own revenue retention, margins, CSAT, and program delivery success
  • Responsible for YOY growth of the account territory

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 5-7+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a creative or marketing/advertising agency
  • Experience working with clients in the Technology sector
  • Managing large, complex global marketing initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills for internal teams and clients
  • Proven track record in client relationship development and service
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Experience owning revenue/quota targets and executing growth strategies
  • Knowledge of marketing agency account management, technology solutions, client/campaign strategy, B2B marketing, design thinking, and product marketing
  • Leading cross-disciplinary teams and aligning stakeholders to broader goals
  • Confident in navigating challenging situations to achieve positive outcomes and morale
  • History of exceeding performance metrics, focusing on revenue, margin, and CSAT
