About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) for its Retail Insurance Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the risk strategy and leading a contemporary risk management team to ensure a balance between opportunities and risks that supports customer, business, and shareholder outcomes. This role requires the CRO to be a trusted partner to the business, enabling risk-informed decisions through commercial risk advice, and providing oversight and insight driven by data, technology, and innovative risk processes. The CRO will also be a key contributor to the delivery of the company's strategy and the creation of a stronger, more resilient organization.
