SalesBizLab We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for each caller. In this fast-paced environment, your ability to communicate effectively and display empathy will be essential as you assist customers with their needs.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Chicago, IL

Responsibilities: 

• Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Process orders and provide information about account updates and billing.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
