Qualifications and responsibilities for this Building Enclosure Inspector position include:- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, roofing, or building envelope-related work preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam; AutoCAD or Revit is a plus- Ability to read and navigate construction drawings and specifications- Conduct on-site quality assurance inspections and minor testing of commercial roofing systems- Assist with diagnostics, evaluations, and report writing during the rainy season- Provide project support including proposal development and administrative tasks- Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks- Excellent observation, communication, and documentation skillsSalary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
