Our client has recently received PE funding for the next stage in their company's expansion and is upgrading their Corporate Finance team. Reporting to the VP of Finance/CFO, this individual will serve as a collaborative partner to the Corporate CFO, the Corporate Controller and Division Presidents to develop robust financial statements and financial packages that offer critical insight to trends and business performance. The Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager (depending on experience) will be responsible for creating “ground up” financials to drive the forecasting, budgeting, strategic analysis, KPI reporting, M&A, Pricing for RFP’s, and Revenue Analysis, etc. As an individual contributor, this is a hands on role requiring the following:

• BBA in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA, CFA(+)
• The client requires candidate to have previously worked with Private Equity backers as a corporate liaison
• Proven experience in creating and delivering financial presentations at operational and consolidated levels.
• Corporate Finance as well as M&A transactional experience
• Strong business acumen and Big Picture mentality
• Above average communication skills, both oral and written
• Professional presence and strong leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on the demands in a timely fashion.
• Positive Energy and Enthusiasm
• VERY IMPORTANT: We are looking for LOCAL candidates only with limited job moves and strong tenure (3+ yr per company) and promotion within a few companies.
