Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Santa Barbara, CA
Compensation: $22/hour
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Santa Barbara. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys supporting a busy office environment. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls and manage general email inquiries

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff

Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence

Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks

Support various departments with general office tasks as needed

Help coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)

1+ year of administrative or office support experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
